RACE is proudly parent-run — our leadership and operations are powered by dedicated volunteers who share a common goal: to support our swimmers’ growth and create a thriving, positive club culture.
Our Coaching Philosophy
Under the guidance of Head Coach Aaron Jackson, training is carefully structured to ensure each swimmer is placed in the right squad for their stage of development. The focus is on technique, endurance, and mental discipline — all in an environment that builds confidence and a lifelong love for swimming.
Our Venue
RACE trains at Redhill School’s High Performance Aquatics Centre 6 days a week.
RACE operates independently from Redhill School’s extra-mural activities. Please contact the school directly for any school-related queries.
