Junior Squad (Level 1–2+) – Stroke Development
- Mondays–Thursdays: 16:00 – 16:45
- Fridays: 16:00 – 17:00 (combined session for all squads)
- Saturdays: 07:00 – 08:30 (Level 2+ only; includes 30–40 min land/gym training)
Senior Squad (Level 3+) – Competitive Training
- Mondays–Thursdays: 16:45 – 18:00+ (depending on distance/set)
- Fridays: 16:00 – 17:00 (combined session for all squads)
- Saturdays: 07:00 – 08:30 (includes 30–40 min land/gym training)
Safety Reminder:
Once swimmers leave the pool deck, the coach is no longer responsible for supervision. Please ensure prompt collection of your child for everyone’s safety.
